1.1 Do i need to create an account to place an order?
No. creating an account isn't neccessary, however, there are benefits in having an account. You will have the ability to review your order history, tracking information and save your address and details for quicker purchases in future. You will also receive our newsletter and special promotions when they become available. Eastwood Ave. Menswear will have promotions that are specifically for social media followers and registered users.
1.2 Can i make changes to an order that I've already placed?
Yes, provided that the order has not been processed for shipping. Please email [email protected] and provide your order#, full name, and details regarding what changes need to be made.
1.3 Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel the order before before it is processed and shipped. If tracking information has been provided to you, this means the order has been processed and is in transit.
1.4 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Credit Cards.
1.5 How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders can take up to 24 hours to process and ship. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a Canadian holiday will be processed the following open weekday. Eastwood Ave. Menswear will contact you if there is an unforeseen problem with the processing time.
1.6 What currency will I be charged in?
All prices on Eastwood Ave. Menswear are listed and charged in Candian Dollars ($CAD), and you will be charged in Canadian Dollars at checkout.
1.7 Do you charge taxes?
Any orders placed within Canada will be charged their respective GST/HST rates at checkout.
1.8 How much does shipping cost?
Eastwood Ave. Menswear charges a Flat Rate shipping cost. The shipping costs are as follows:

1.9 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Canada, the U.S, and certain international countries, mainly within Europe.

1.10 There's an issue with the order that i received. What should i do?
We’re sorry to hear about this. Please email [email protected] outlining the issue along with your order# and full name and we’ll get that resolved as soon as possible.
1.11 Can i return an item?

1.12 Can i get more information on a product like sizing or the feel of the fabric?
Yes. If you require any additional information on any of the products on our website, you can email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with all the information you require. Sizing and fit varies between brands. If you are unsure of your size or how an individual garment fits, email us at [email protected] and we will happily provide measurements.
1.13 How long will it take to respond to my inquiry?
